Carol & Bill Looney are seasoned Human Resources professionals with more than 50 years of combined experience in HR. We founded and co-own Signature HR Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in human resources and advisory services, employee relations, HR and legal compliance and customized training solutions for companies of all sizes and needs. We have extensive experience at single and multi-site employers in warehousing, transportation and logistics, engineering, insurance and health care. Our diverse backgrounds demonstrate that our skills are transferable across many types of clients ranging from 5 to 5,000 employees. We focus on building ongoing relationships to understand needs and maximize results. We are seen as a business partner, HR resource and confidant to all levels of employees.

We are active members of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce. We each gained our SPHR certification in 2007 and became a Certified Workforce Planner in 2015. We are also members of SHRM and NEHRA, which are highly regarded HR professional organizations.
Prior to founding Signature HR Solutions, LLC, Carol held HR positions of increasing responsibility at Kmart, FedEx Freight, Boston Scientific, Republic Services and Salmon Health & Retirement. Bill held similar HR leadership positions at Worcester Envelope Company, FedEx Freight, Danaher Corporation, and Allegro MicroSystems.
